OVERVIEW

Welcome to Cedarblink®.

The terms “Cedarblink®,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Beijing Longpu Technology Co., Ltd., the owner and operator of the Cedarblink® website and online store.

Cedarblink® offers pet-bonding lifestyle products, including pet pocket hoodies, cuddle hoodies, small-pet carrying apparel, matching styles, and related pet lifestyle products.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Cedarblink® website, products, content, features, tools, and related services.

Our ecommerce services are supported by Shopify.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

SECTION 1 — ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT USE

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law in order to make purchases through the Services.

Where an account feature is available, you are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login information secure

  • Providing accurate and current information

  • Preventing unauthorized use of your account

  • Activity occurring through your account

You may not misuse, sell, transfer, or knowingly provide unauthorized access to your account.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe Cedarblink® products.

Our products may include:

  • Pet pocket hoodies

  • Cat cuddle hoodies

  • Small-pet carrying apparel

  • Lounge and comfort apparel

  • Travel-oriented pet-bonding apparel

  • Matching owner-and-pet styles

  • Seasonal pet lifestyle products

Product colors, dimensions, finishes, textures, measurements, materials, and appearance may vary slightly because of:

  • Display settings

  • Photography

  • Lighting

  • Manufacturing tolerances

  • Material characteristics

  • Other reasonable production differences

Where dimensions, sizing, measurements, pet weight recommendations, or other specifications are described as approximate, reasonable variations may occur.

Product availability may change.

We may discontinue products or limit quantities where permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this section excludes rights or remedies provided by mandatory consumer law where a product is defective, incorrectly described, or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal requirements.

SECTION 3 — PRODUCT SIZING AND PET SUITABILITY

Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable product description, sizing information, measurements, and intended use before purchasing.

Because pets vary in:

  • Size

  • Weight

  • Body shape

  • Temperament

  • Mobility

  • Comfort level

  • Tolerance for being carried

a product that is suitable for one pet may not be suitable for another.

Any pet size, breed, or weight guidance provided on a product page is intended as general guidance unless expressly stated otherwise.

You should always choose a product that provides appropriate space, support, and comfort for your pet.

If your pet appears uncomfortable, distressed, overheated, restricted, or unwilling to remain in the product, discontinue use.

SECTION 4 — PRODUCT USE AND PET SAFETY

Cedarblink® pet-bonding apparel is intended for responsible use with suitable cats and small pets.

Customers should:

  • Supervise their pet during use

  • Ensure that the pet can breathe and move comfortably

  • Check that openings, pockets, straps, and closures are positioned appropriately

  • Avoid placing an unsuitable or excessively large pet in a carrying pouch

  • Regularly inspect the product for wear, damage, loose stitching, or other defects

  • Discontinue use if the product becomes damaged or unsafe

  • Avoid prolonged use where the pet shows discomfort or distress

Cedarblink® pet pocket hoodies and similar products are not intended to replace a secure pet carrier, crate, harness, restraint system, or other safety equipment where such equipment is necessary.

They should not be relied upon as the sole restraint for:

  • Vehicle transportation

  • Air travel

  • High-risk outdoor activities

  • Situations requiring secure containment

  • Unsupervised pet transport

Customers remain responsible for using products in a manner appropriate to their pet and circumstances.

SECTION 5 — ORDERS

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order may be subject to:

  • Payment authorization

  • Fraud screening

  • Product availability

  • Address verification

  • Other legitimate order checks

We may decline or cancel an order where permitted by applicable law, including where:

  • Payment cannot be authorized

  • A product is unavailable

  • Order information appears materially incorrect

  • We reasonably suspect fraud or misuse

  • A material pricing or listing error has occurred

If an order is cancelled by us after payment has been collected, the applicable payment amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

SECTION 6 — PRICES AND PAYMENT

Product prices are displayed on the website before checkout.

Unless otherwise clearly displayed, transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD).

Shipping charges and other applicable amounts will be disclosed where applicable.

Cedarblink® accepts payment through the payment methods made available at checkout.

You represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

You are responsible for providing accurate:

  • Payment information

  • Billing information

  • Contact information

Available payment methods may vary depending on location, device, transaction, or payment provider.

SECTION 7 — SHIPPING

Orders are dispatched from China.

We ship to:

  • All 50 U.S. states

  • Worldwide destinations

Orders are generally processed within:

1–3 business days

Estimated transit times after dispatch are:

United States:
7–15 business days

Other countries and regions:
10–20 business days

Standard shipping costs:

US$2.99 per order

Free shipping applies when the discounted merchandise subtotal is strictly greater than US$29.97.

The free-shipping threshold is calculated after product discounts and excludes shipping charges and taxes.

Applicable customs duties, import taxes, and VAT for international orders are borne by Cedarblink® under our stated shipping arrangements.

SECTION 8 — SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address before submitting an order.

Because we begin processing orders promptly, shipping-address changes are generally not available after an order has been placed.

If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible at:

We will attempt to assist where reasonably possible, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once processing or fulfillment has begun.

SECTION 9 — ORDER CANCELLATION

You may request cancellation within 48 hours after placing your order.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed.

Once an order has entered:

  • Processing

  • Fulfillment

  • Packing

  • Shipping

we may no longer be able to cancel it.

If cancellation is no longer possible, your applicable return rights remain subject to our Return & Refund Policy and mandatory consumer protections.

This section does not limit any statutory withdrawal or cancellation rights that cannot legally be waived.

SECTION 10 — RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Cedarblink® provides a 30-day voluntary return period beginning on the date of delivery.

Eligible non-quality returns must generally be:

  • Unused

  • Clean

  • Complete

  • In substantially the same condition as received

  • Returned with included parts and accessories

Return authorization is required.

Approved returns must be dispatched within 3 days after approval.

For voluntary change-of-mind returns:

  • The customer bears the return shipping cost

  • Original shipping charges are not refunded, unless otherwise required by law

For confirmed damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing-item issues, Cedarblink® will bear the applicable costs and may provide:

  • A replacement

  • An exchange

  • A refund

Approved refunds are generally initiated to the original payment method after inspection of the authorized return.

For eligible returns, we generally aim to complete inspection and initiate the refund within 5–10 business days after receiving the returned item.

SECTION 11 — DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If an order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

  • Incomplete

  • Missing an item or component

please contact us within 7 days after delivery.

We may request:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs

  • Other reasonable information necessary to evaluate the claim

For confirmed product or fulfillment issues for which Cedarblink® is responsible, we will bear applicable handling costs and provide an appropriate resolution.

Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

SECTION 12 — PRODUCT CARE

Customers should follow any care, washing, cleaning, storage, and use instructions provided with the product or on the applicable product page.

Pet apparel and fabric products may be damaged by:

  • Improper washing

  • Excessive heat

  • Harsh chemicals

  • Incorrect drying

  • Pet chewing or scratching

  • Improper storage

  • Use inconsistent with the product's intended purpose

Normal wear, customer-caused damage, or damage resulting from failure to follow reasonable care instructions may not qualify as a product defect, subject to applicable consumer law.

SECTION 13 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Cedarblink® website and its content, including applicable:

  • Trademarks

  • Logos

  • Photographs

  • Graphics

  • Product descriptions

  • Designs

  • Text

  • Videos

  • Branding

  • Other material

are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unless otherwise permitted by law or expressly authorized in writing, you may not reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, exploit, or create derivative works from protected Cedarblink® content for commercial purposes.

Third-party trademarks and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

SECTION 14 — THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

Our website may contain or rely on services, functionality, applications, payment services, or links provided by third parties.

Third-party services may be governed by their own:

SECTION 15 — SHOPIFY

Cedarblink® uses Shopify technology to support operation of its ecommerce website.

However, purchases made through Cedarblink® are transactions with Beijing Longpu Technology Co., Ltd., not with Shopify.

Shopify may process information necessary to provide its ecommerce platform and related services in accordance with its own applicable terms and privacy documentation.

SECTION 16 — PRIVACY

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Providing a telephone number or email address for:

  • Checkout

  • Order fulfillment

  • Shipping

  • Tracking

  • Returns

  • Refunds

  • Customer service

does not automatically constitute consent to receive marketing SMS or marketing email communications.

Cedarblink® does not currently send marketing emails or marketing SMS messages as part of its standard practices.

Where separate consent is legally required, that consent will be obtained separately.

SECTION 17 — FEEDBACK AND USER CONTENT

If you voluntarily provide:

  • Comments

  • Photographs

  • Videos

  • Suggestions

  • Other content

you represent that you have the rights necessary to provide that content.

To the extent permitted by law, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use submitted content for legitimate business purposes, including:

  • Displaying customer reviews

  • Promoting Cedarblink® products where appropriate

We may remove content that:

  • Infringes third-party rights

  • Contains malware

  • Is fraudulent

  • Is abusive or misleading

Customers are responsible for reasonable supervision and proper use of Cedarblink® pet-related products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

SECTION 22 — INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses or claims reasonably arising from:

  • Your unlawful misuse of the Services

  • Your material violation of these Terms

  • Your infringement of another party's legal rights

This provision applies only to the extent enforceable under applicable law.

SECTION 23 — TERMINATION

We may restrict or terminate access to the Services where reasonably necessary because of:

  • Material violation of these Terms

  • Unlawful activity

  • Fraud

  • Security threats

  • Abuse

  • Other serious misuse

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

  • A Cedarblink® purchase

  • A transaction made through the website

shall be handled by a court of competent jurisdiction, subject to applicable mandatory jurisdiction and consumer-protection requirements.
